This nose condition is quite common and looks like a collection of warts. Believed to be caused by a virus from the grass as it only affects animals out grazing. It can be very distressing for owners when they discover this condition on their animal. The good news it that as fast as it appears it will also usually disappear. This particular pony has had the condition for 6 weeks at this stage.
